:: Interdisciplinary Approach On General Dentistry
A Tufts University (Boston) graduate, Ashok Patel has completed Implantology program from Harvard School
of Dental Medicine (Boston) in 1989 and is involved in surgical and restorative phase of
Implantology since then. He maintains a private practice in Waltham, Massachusetts and
Nashau, New Hampshire.
He has lectured extensively at major conferences in Lithuania, Russia, Czech Republic,
Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Pakistan, India and has also given many surgical
demonstrations of Periodontology and Implantology related procedures in many cities in India,
Korea, and Costa Rica. He started Boston Institute of Dental Implantology and Bone Augmentation
in 1997 to offer training programs to foreign and local general dentist. He is the first
Indian American to become a Board certified Implantologist.
